Blessed with an effective and dynamic group of ministry professionals, the staff at Now Faith is made up of department heads and ministry leaders who are charged with the leadership of the church. Dedicating themselves to bringing excellence, enthusiasm and expertise to their work with members, children, visitors and the larger Plant City community, the staff keeps the wheels of the church running.

We believe that God has given us truly gifted people to serve our families with zeal that is unparalleled. We are thankful for their willingness to sacrifice their time and share their phenomenal talent.

Elder Caldwell, focusing on the spiritual direction of the church and its body of believers, has been called to minister to the people, helping them mend broken relationships and to help them develop loving and nurturing relationships: first with God then with their spouses and families.

Serving in the strength of our Lord, our ministerial Leadership Team, grounded in the Word of God, has a unique skills-set that equips them for the advancement of our mission for the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The Deacon Board at Now Faith Fellowship help to serve the pastor and congregation through the service of administrative oversight of daily operations.

The members of the Administrative Staff, under the leadership of Church Administrator, Dawn Caldwell, serve a crucial portion of the day-to-day operations and working of the church.

At Now Faith, we strive to spread the joy and passion of the supremacy of God in all things as we serve the people of God through Jesus Christ. We give thanks to God for strengthening our hands in ministry.

The Mother's Board is made up of spirit-filled, seasoned and well-informed women in the church teaching and instructing the younger women in the ways of God for the glory of God.
