Can you imagine the responsibility of having to "watch" for the souls of your sheep, and then give account of it before God? That's exactly what a pastor must do. If we could see behind the scenes, we would know how long he studies, how much he prays, how late he comes home, and how he struggles to assure that his wife and children and friends have time with him.

"I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine.."
— 2 Timothy 4:1-3

"Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you."

We, at Now Faith Fellowship Church, believe that pastors are a gift from God. We know they often work long and hard to shepherd the people God has entrusted to them. Their responsibilities can be heavy and their stresses would be overwhelming without the strength given to them by their loving Father. So we just want to take time to say that we LOVE OUR PASTOR!
